Boston Parade of Lights, 2011

The third annual Boston Parade of Lights will be held in Boston Harbor. Boaters will set sail from Anchorage One at Logan Airport, and follow a route along the harbor to Charlestown, and back down to South Boston's Castle Island.

Observe the parade at one of the many Boston waterfront parks, or enter your boat in the event and sail through the harbor for a great cause. Celebrate the "Parade of Lights" on Boston Harbor in support of the Jimmy-Fund and the Dana-Farber Institute.

Previous year's viewing areas by order of appearance: East Boston waterfront parks; Charlestown Navy Yard Wharfs and Constitution Marina & Wharfs; North End waterfront; Downtown Boston waterfront including Battery Wharf, Lincoln Wharf, Union Wharf, Sergeant's Wharf, Lewis Wharf, Commercial Wharf, Long Wharf, New England Aquarium Wharf, and Rowe's Wharf; Seaport District waterfront areas of the federal court house, Commonwealth Pier, and Fish Pier; and Castle Island at South Boston.
