Glazed Onions Recipe

6 onions
1/2 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup molasses
Salt and Pepper Shake
Place 6 peeled onions in buttered casserole pan. Pour over them boiling water, mixed with butter, shake of salt and pepper, and molasses. Cover casserole pan, and bake in moderately heated oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for about 1 hour. Remove cover during last 15 minutes. Serve with roasted chicken, spiced beef, or ham.
