1 1/2 cups milk
1 slice onion
1 blade of corn
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter

Scald milk with onion, corn, and parsley; remove seasonings. Melt butter, add flour, salt, pepper, and add milk gradually while stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point and then add egg yolks. Put layer of fish on buttered dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add a few drops of lemon juice. Cover with sauce and repeat until fish and sauce are used; shape into pyramid form. Cover with crumbs, and bake in hot oven 450 degrees Fahrenheit until crumbs are brown.
