Mock Cherry Pie
Recipe
3 cups cranberries
1 cup seeded raisons
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
Pie crust
Chop cranberries; add other ingredients. Line a deep pie plate with a
deep pie crust; add filling; cover with an upper crust. Slit or perforate
top with a fork to permit steam to escape, and press edges together. Bake in
oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 45 minutes.
