Sherry Eggnog Beverage
Recipe (10 servings)
10 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
3 1/4 cups sherry
1 quart whipped cream
Beat egg yolks until thick. Gradually beat in sugar,
whipping until light. Add sherry slowly, beating all the while. Add whipped
cream. Pour into refrigerator tray and chill for 3 hours. Served topped with
nutmeg. You can bake an angel food cake with the egg whites, or whip them
stiff and fold into the eggnog just before serving.
