Originally inspired by the vision of a single history buff, Celebrate Boston today has many different departments including local Events, Culture, Attractions, Shopping, Transportation, Hotels, Sports, etc. We celebrated our 10th anniversary in 2013, and arguably have become the most popular independent local Boston web site in terms of traffic.
Our core focus is still biased towards history, but our web site has evolved into an A to Z resource for anyone who loves Boston. "Promoting Boston while Preserving History" is our motto.
