Prudential Skywalk
(Closed in March 2020)

The Prudential office tower was built in 1965. The Prudential Skywalk Observatory is on the 50th floor. The observatory offers spectacular 360 degree views of the city. On a clear day you can see the beaches of Cape Cod to the south, or mountains in New Hampshire to the north. Great views can be seen of the nearby Boston Public Library building, Trinity Church, Christian Science Church, and Fenway Park.

Please note the Prudential Skywalk Observatory is completely indoors, and does not have a rooftop deck. The Prudential Building also hosts the Top of the Hub Restaurant on the 52nd floor, which offers the same beautiful view of the city, especially at dusk.

At the base of the tower is the Prudential Center Mall. The mall contains more than 75 shops and the region's only Sak's Fifth Avenue Store. The mall also has a food court with casual eateries, and several other larger restaurants spread throughout the complex. Also at the base of the tower is Hynes Convention Center.

The Prudential Skywalk is a great place to view the Boston skyline and the Charles River.
