Letters Home
Boston Common Ice Skating
This postcard was mailed in January, 1919 (postmark obscured) and destined for Lee, Massachusetts. The letter on the reverse relates to ice skating on Boston Common, and is quoted as follows:
"Luie — Just come home from skating. It's fine here skating. And wished you were here to go with me. I['m] going over tonight. It's an awful big pond and lots [of people] go. I suppose you go up there don't you? Will write soon. With Best Regards, Jennie."
